Government should balance the idea of a strict and liberal Construction of the Constitution. They should do this by realizing which ideas should have a strict view or a liberal view. By having to much of a strict or liberal idea on something can cause harm. If they can not find a way to decide if it should be strict or liberal they could balance the two ways to where they are equal.

I think that our government already does balance the two viewpoints. Although our government is made up of many people, those officials have checks and balances. No one person or branch is too powerful, yet we have enough power for our country to function efficiently. This system has properly balanced utilizing this method for 200 years, and I think it is to the United States' advantage to continue balancing the two viewpoints in this way.

Well I'd say that we are pretty good economists, but the second document is telling us that we don't use proper procedures. I think that we need to combine those 2 ideas by being efficient but cutting spending.

In my opinion, the government needs to be mostly liberal with their ideas. This would make sure to cover any legislative matter needed. Although with some topics they should be strict on their rules. how government should balance strict and liberal views should be based on the topic at hand.

Our government does a pretty good job of balancing both viewpoints already. One view wants the government to have a lot of power, while the other view wants the government to have limited power. Each branch of our government is involved in a system of checks and balances, which prevents any branch from becoming too powerful.

i think that it is basically saying in both documents that the government is that a government can do stuff for you but at the same time they are not equaling out.

The government is already pretty balanced. Although the second document shows us taking and taking until there is no more to give, that is not necessarily true. The government tries to balance the spending and borrowing of money. Even if the United States is in a large amount of debt, government tries to use taxes to pay this back.

i agree with taylor in the fact that I think that our government is already balancing the two and I think that they should keep them balanced.

I think that the Government should balance the two ideas by being more strict.

I think they should balance the to documents by showing that u can prune to much from the public like by taxes to the point were the wont be able to pay back any more and we should know that the government can take what we worked for away from use.

I believe that there should still be a balance between the strict and liberal construction, so we can keep a balance within the people.
